The Buffoonery Continues in Sacramento as the Scared Politicians Pull the “Pork Barrel”….Water Bill Because They Realize the Voters of California Are Not Stupid! – Hell, the Idiots in Sacramento Can’t Even Pass a Budget, So the “Pork Barrel”….Water Bill Being Pulled Isn’t a Surprise! – Of Course, the Democrats in Washington DC Can’t Even Pass a Budget for the United States of America – The Behavior of OUR “Elected Officials” in the United States is Starting to Move Beyond Just Incompetence and Into the Realm of Criminal Behavior Because They Are No Longer Working As “Servants of the People”….or Even Give a Damn About The People For That Matter! – The Jig Is Up You Morons….The Jig is Up!

In yet another example of the Buffoonery that goes on in government at all levels in our country, Gov. Schwarzenegger and the “Elected Leaders” of both political parties in Sacramento have decided to pull the Massive $11 Billion Dollar “Pork Barrel”…..Water Bond off the November ballot because they are scared that the voters of California would send the “Pork Barrel”…..Water Bond to defeat.

Dan Walters of the Sacramento Bee is again on the beat with the Idiots in Sacramento:

What’s next for the water bond?

“It appears certain that the $11.1 billion water bond, the centerpiece of a historic water policy agreement championed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, will be removed from the November ballot.

Concerned that the bond measure would be rejected by angry, recession-battered voters, Schwarzenegger and the Legislature’s water policy leaders agreed last week that it should be postponed at least until the 2012 election – much as an earlier high-speed rail bond issue was postponed until it could win passage.

It is, however, not quite that simple. The effect of postponement would be to take Schwarzenegger out of the equation since his stint as governor will end in six months. And the water deal’s critics are already demanding that postponement should include a rewrite, which could mean prolonged wrangling or utter collapse.

As written now, the bond measure is a typical product of legislative deal-making, which means it forgoes logic and equity in favor of political expediency.

It’s loaded with unconscionable pork – such as a quarter-billion dollars for Schwarzenegger’s pal, billionaire Warren Buffett, to underwrite removal of dams on the Klamath River that have absolutely no connection to California’s water supply.

Even more importantly, it would use general obligation bonds to finance water projects that should be financed with revenue bonds repaid by those who receive the benefits, not by a deficit-riddled state budget.

It is another test – not unlike the budget, in fact – of Capitol politicians’ ability to deal with serious issues without resorting to trickery and payoffs. Would it be possible for Schwarzenegger or his successor, plus the Legislature, to write a water measure that addresses the state’s very real water problems but also does so equitably and logically?”

Once again Dan Walters has these Real Men and Women of Genius of Sacramento nailed and the voters of California do as well!

Let’s just be honest here, these Idiots in Sacramento do not even have the guts to work on or put out a budget and the “Elected Leaders” of California left town last week without a care in the world about the state’s budget deadline.

California budget deadline passes without a budget

Yes, that makes perfect sense, in the Bizarro-World that is the Golden Broken State!  Not that California is alone in not passing a budget, because the Democrats in Washington DC have decided that they cannot be bothered to pass a budget for the US Federal Government because they are scared to death that the American People will find out about all that crazy spending that both political parties have been up recently.  Get a load of this headline:

House Dems prepare alternative to budget that would avoid deficit vote

Incompetence?  Yes.  Not working for The People of the United States?  Absolutely!  Bordering on criminal behavior by the “Elected Leaders” of the United States of America?  Sadly, yes….

No, the American People should not be pissed off…  We the People should just look to these Real Men and Women of Genius in Washington DC and Sacramento and drop to our knees and worship at the great brilliance!  NOT!

Listen up you Idiots!  The Jig is up!  The American People of all political stripes are awake and WE are sick and tired of our “Elected Leaders” doing everything but SERVING THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA instead of working for the people that are stuffing your pockets with money.

There’s an idea, “Public Servants” actually acting like…..PUBLIC SERVANTS!

Daniel J. Mitchell of the Cato Institute Nails the Idiocy of Both Political Parties in Washington DC – Some People Will Believe Any Economic Theory, Even If It Never Works in the Real World – Yes, A Week Working in the Real World Would Do Wonders for These Buffoons in Washington DC! – American Common Sense

Daniel J. Mitchell over at the Cato Institute’s Cato & Liberty website nails the Idiocy and Madness of ALL of our major political leaders in the United States.  Mr. Mitchell is right when he writes….

The Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum of Fiscal Policy

“The fault line in American politics is often not between Republicans and Democrats, but rather between taxpayers and the Washington political elite. Here are two examples that symbolize why economic policy is such a mess:

First, we have President George W. Bush’s former top aide, Karl Rove, making the case in the Wall Street Journal that the Obama administration has been fiscally irresponsible. That’s certainly true, but as I’ve pointed out on previous occasions (here and here), Rove has zero credibility on these issues. In the excerpt below, Rove attacks Obama for earmarks, but this corrupt form of pork-barrel spending skyrocketed during the Bush years. Rove rips Obama for government-run healthcare, but Rove helped push through Congress a reckless new entitlement for prescription drugs. He attacks Obama for misusing TARP, but the Bush administration created that no-strings-attached bailout program.

Those are examples of hypocrisy, but Rove also is willing to prevaricate. He blames Obama for boosting the burden of government spending to 24 percent of GDP, but it was the Bush administration that boosted the federal government from 18.2 percent of GDP in 2001 to 24.7 percent of GDP in 2009. Obama is guilty of following similar policies and maintaining a bloated budget, but it was Bush (with Rove’s guidance) that drove the economy into a fiscal ditch.”

Amen to that Mr. Mitchell!  That anyone, especially the Clueless to how the Real World Works Karl Rove, who has not in his entire life worked a day in the Real World lecturing anyone on the Out-of-Control Spending by BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES in Washington DC and in the state capitals is beyond the pale and bucks up against…Are you a complete Moron Rove or you are just plain Stupid?

Of course, as Mr. Mitchell points out, US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made an incredibly absurd comment last week that paying people to remain unemployed is a good way of creating jobs, which also conforms the reality that no American should ever underestimate the ability of people that have never worked a day in their lives in the private sector to believe any economic theory that comes down the pike….along as it confirms to their view of the world.  Perhaps some of the most absurd arguments that have been made by Democrats in recent weeks is that “we should stimulate the economy now and down the road we will be able to deal with the debt and deficits.”  What?  All of you Morons, of both political parties have been piling up debt, $13 Trillion Dollars Plus in Debt for decades now and if anyone in Washington DC thinks that the American People are so stupid that they would buy this “stimulate now, pay debt later” argument then you clearly do not understand that the American People are beginning to understand all of the Bullshit that you folks have been doing for years now and we are fed up with it!  How about quit spending so Much Damn Money, OUR MONEY, and start running the US Government in an efficient and proper way.  Now, that would stimulate the American economy because Washington DC would quit sucking up so much of the American People’s Money!

Mr. Mitch concludes with…

“Second, we have Nancy Pelosi claiming that paying people to remain unemployed is a good way of creating jobs. She’s been appropriately mocked for this assertion, but keep in mind that she is accurately regurgitating standard Keynesian theory. It doesn’t matter that Keynesianism didn’t work for Hoover and Roosevelt in the 1930s, didn’t work for Japan in the 1990s, and didn’t work for Bush in 2008. Proponents of this approach have a childlike faith in the Keynesian model and its ability to generate very specific (albeit completely inaccurate) numbers.

Here are two videos that offer the policy-wonk version of a steel cage match. In one corner, we have the Speaker of the House arguing that subsidizing joblessness is a “stimulus” strategy. In the other corner, I explain why transferring money from the economy’s left pocket to the right pocket is not a recipe for growth.”

Please, someone at the Nobel Committee on Economics get Daniel J. Mitchell one of those Nobel Prizes or at the very least someone could give him an award for good old American Common Sense!
