SEC settles with Goldman Sachs? – Big Whoop! – $550 Million Dollars Is About Two Weeks Work for These Goldman Bastards! – Would You Trust Goldman CEO Lloyd Blankfein to Watch Your Dogs? – If You Would You Are Braver Than Us! – Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson Had These Wall Street Bastards Figured Out Long Ago! – How Do You Know A Wall Street Banker When You See One? – Oh, That’s Easy: The Wall Street Banker Is Reaching For A Government Bailout With One Hand AND Trying To Pick Your Pocket With The Other!

So the SEC has settled its complaints with Goldman Sachs….  Big Whoop!  Just another Wall Street “Bank” (Unregulated Las Vegas Casino) slipping away in the darkness, this time with a $550 million dollar fine, which is about 10 days for work for the Bastards on the Hudson!  Oh, we have no doubt that the Goldman Bastards are high-fiving each other at work today in between staring at computer screens and continuing their miserable little lives swapping digital paper with the other Wall Street Bastards!  Yes, that is a legitimate job….  NOT!

SEC Settling Its Complains With Goldman via New York Times

““This settlement is a stark lesson to Wall Street firms that no product is too complex, and no investor too sophisticated, to avoid a heavy price if a firm violates the fundamental principles of honest treatment and fair dealing,” said Robert S. Khuzami, the commission’s director of enforcement.

The civil suit brought by the S.E.C. focused on a single mortgage security that Goldman created in 2007, just as cracks appeared in the housing market. That security, called Abacus 2007-AC1, enabled a prominent hedge fund manager, John A. Paulson, to place a bet against mortgage bonds.

The commission contended that Goldman misled investors, who were making a positive bet on housing, because Goldman did not disclose Mr. Paulson’s involvement in creating the deal. Mr. Paulson has not been accused of wrongdoing.

Though Goldman did not formally admit to the S.E.C.’s allegations, it agreed to a judicial order barring it from committing intentional fraud in the future under federal securities laws.

In addition, Goldman acknowledged that the marketing materials for Abacus “contained incomplete information” and that it was “a mistake” not to have disclosed Mr. Paulson’s role. As part of the agreement, the bank also said it “regrets that the marketing materials did not contain that disclosure.””

That’s a specialty of these Bastards on Wall Street….paying a fine but not “admitting” to doing anything wrong!  Meanwhile on Main Street if we tried to pull some of the Crapola that these Wall Street Bastards do on a daily basis we would be marched off to jail and left there for decades!

We have a very simple question for everyone to consider….

Would you trust this man?  (Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein)

Our answer here at Mad As Hell And… = We wouldn’t trust Lloyd Blankfein at Goldman Sachs to watch our dogs. (No, we don’t care if Blankfein thinks he is doing “God’s Work!”  Oh, that was a Rich Quote in so many ways!)

In fact, if we had ONE MILLION No. 2 Pencils we would not trust Blankfein or any of these Goldman Sachs Bastards with…

…even ONE NO. 2 PENCIL!

Luckily, we here at Mad As Hell And… do not have to do business with these Goldman Sachs or Wall Street Bastards (We use medium size and very solid regional banks), but there are a lot of companies out there that in the normal course of their business might have to do something with GS and they should be asking themselves…

Do we really trust these Goldman Sachs Bastards?  You know what our answer to that question would be!

As for Goldman Sachs and the rest of the Wall Street Bastards we carry the same beliefs as two of the Greatest Political Leaders in American history.

Thomas Jefferson

“I sincerely believe… that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity under the name of funding is but swindling futurity on a large scale.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Taylor, 1816

“All the capital employed in paper speculation is barren and useless, producing, like that on a gaming table, no accession to itself, and is withdrawn from commerce and agriculture where it would have produced addition to the common mass… It nourishes in our citizens habits of vice and idleness instead of industry and morality… It has furnished effectual means of corrupting such a portion of the legislature as turns the balance between the honest voters whichever way it is directed.” –Thomas Jefferson to George Washington, 1792

Yes, Thomas Jefferson was a very wise man.  He understood these Wall Street Bastards over 200 years ago!

Andrew Jackson

“I too have been a close observer of the doings of the Bank of the United States. I have had men watching you for a long time, and am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the Bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the Bank and annul its charter I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I have determined to rout you out and, by the Eternal, (bringing his fist down on the table) I will rout you out.”  From the original minutes of the Philadelphia committee of citizens sent to meet with President Jackson, February 1834

One can only wonder where Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson are when The People of the United States need them…which is about right now!

Here is Thomas Jefferson debating the first Wall Street Bastard, Alexander Hamilton (check your $10 bill!  There is probably a Wall Street Bastard in your wallet at this moment!) in the HBO mini-series John Adams.

No, we wouldn’t trust these Wall Street Bastards to watch out dogs and we hope that everyone on Wall Street, including the Boys and Girls at Goldman Sachs, don’t think you have completely gotten away with all of your shenanigans over the past decade.

We would recommend that everyone on Wall Street understand that there very well might be a U.S. President in the White House in January 2012 that is not a member of either major political party and if that ever happens the Wall Street Bastards might be facing a dozen Federal Grand Juries made up of the American People investigating EVERYTING that Wall Street has been up to for years.

Take that thought Wall Street Bastards and stuff it where the Sun doesn’t shine and make Damn sure that when you do something in the coming years that it is not only legal but also something that if put on the front page of every newspaper in America that the American People wouldn’t recoil with outrage and fury!

The American People are watching you Wall Street Bastards very closely and if any of you think you will have a 2 nd chance to get your Sorry Asses bailed out with the “People’s Money” then you are living in an Absolute Fantasyland!  The next time you Idiots on Wall Street “F-Up” something  (and we have no doubt you will!) you are going down and unlike the scam that you Bastards sold to the Buffoons in Washington DC in 2008, a few Wall Street Banks going out of business would not mean squat to the American economy.  In fact, if these Wall Street Bastards actually got legitimate jobs where they provided a real service or product to the country instead of doing all of their Unregulated Las Vegas Casino gambling all day, the entire American Republic would be a lot better off!  The Wall Street Bastards are bankers?  Please, bankers don’t run casino operations gambling all day, and that is all these Wall Street Bastard do all day long!

How do you know a Wall Street Banker (Casino Operator) when you see one?

“He’s the one in Washington DC with his hand out begging to get his Sorry Ass Bailed out by the American People one week and the next week he is trying to pick the American People’s pocket!”

Yes that sums up about everything you need to know about these Sorry Ass Casino Operators in southern Manhattan!
