We have already been forced to move our families and businesses out of the now Broken State of California because of the Wacko Liberal Environmental Nuts’ takeover of the California state government and now we read that the Environmental Protection Agency is now hoping to conduct the same kind of war on business in California to and All-Out Attack on the entire American Republic.

EPA: Regulations would require 230,000 new employees, $21 Billion, Matthew Boyle, Daily Caller

“The Environmental Protection Agency has said new greenhouse gas regulations, as proposed, may be “absurd” in application and “impossible to administer” by its self-imposed 2016 deadline. But the agency is still asking for taxpayers to shoulder the burden of up to 230,000 new bureaucrats — at a cost of $21 billion — to attempt to implement the rules.

The EPA aims to regulate greenhouse gas emissions through the Clean Air Act, even though the law doesn’t give the EPA explicit power to do so. The agency’s authority to move forward is being challenged in court by petitioners who argue that such a decision should be left for Congress to make.

The proposed regulations would set greenhouse gas emission thresholds above which businesses must file for an EPA permit and complete extra paperwork in order to continue operating. If the EPA wins its court battle and fully rolls out the greenhouse gas regulations, the number of businesses forced into this regulatory regime would grow tremendously — from approximately 14,000 now to as many as 6.1 million.

These new regulatory efforts are not likely to succeed, the EPA admits, but it has decided to move forward regardless. “While EPA acknowledges that come 2016, the administrative burdens may still be so great that compliance … may still be absurd or impossible to administer at that time, that does not mean that the Agency is not moving toward the statutory thresholds,” the EPA wrote in a September 16 court briefing.

The EPA is asking taxpayers to fund up to 230,000 new government workers to process all the extra paperwork, at an estimated cost of $21 billion. That cost does not include the economic impact of the regulations themselves.

“Hiring the 230,000 full-time employees necessary to produce the 1.4 billion work hours required to address the actual increase in permitting functions would result in an increase in Title V administration costs of $21 billion per year,” the EPA wrote in the court brief.”

What the Hell?

The entire EPA Budget right now is only around $10 Billion Dollars and these Wacko Environmental Nuts want $21 Billion Dollars to hire 230,000 more Government Bureaucrats that will conduct a Full and All-Out Attack on American Business and the American People?

Yes, that would make sense….in the Bizarro-World.

If ANY of the above happens it will be time to go “Steve Jobs” and move our companies’ jobs out of the United States of America which would cut our labor costs by 80 percent overnight and double our profit in the process because if the same Wacko Liberal Nuts that have destroyed California are going to try their best to Destroy the American Republic and its People then it makes no sense to try and run companies in a country that is waging an All-Out War on that evil thing “profit”..….and all on the cross of Global Warming and Climate Change which is nothing more than a religion for the Wacko Liberal Nuts that get a warm feeling inside when they find new and more innovative ways to destroy the lives of average American citizens.

Since we first read about the Absolutely Insane “Fast and Furious” program run by YOUR Government to ostensibly sell high-powered weapons to Mexican drug cartels and then follow those high-powered weapons to we are guessing….arrest members of the Mexican drug cartels….we have wondered why there would be anyone so Stupid to think that handing over high-powered weapons to violent Mexico drug cartels makes any sense at all but maybe there was another goal that these Very Stupid People in YOUR Government had in mind…

Getting their hands on YOUR guns.

Everyone here at Mad As Hell And… are strong believers in the 2 nd Amendment to the US Constitution which guarantees the American People’s right to own and bear guns, but we have never been big supporters of organizations like the National Rifle Association because we have never seen a direct and real threat against those rights guaranteed by the 2 nd Amendment….until now that is.

Realizing that the Obama Administration is staffed with some of the Biggest Wacko Liberal Nuts that have ever worked in the US Government we were interested to hear the director of the NRA say over the weekend that….

NRA President Wayne LaPierre: ‘Fast and Furious” biggest cover-up since Watergate, CBS News

“The American people were “never supposed to find out” about ATF’s “Fast and Furious” operation, NRA President Wayne LaPierre told attendees during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) today in Orlando.

As CBS News has reported previously, the ATF’s controversial “Fast and Furious” operation allowed thousands of weapons to be smuggled into Mexico and into the hands of drug cartels, and the operation is now being investigated by congress.

“This is the biggest cover-up since Watergate and it’s time to ask the Watergate question. Who authorized Fast and Furious and how high up does it go?” LaPierre asked during his speech.

In his speech, LaPierre also accused President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder of “stonewalling” the two Congressional Investigations into the operation.

“President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder shrug their shoulders and say, “I didn’t authorize it. Don’t ask me,” LaPierre said.

“They ran a massive campaign out the Department of Justice and the White House to manipulate public opinion and encouraged the media to slander the reputations of honest gun dealers—when they knew the truth all along.””

We don’t know about the cover-up part of Wayne LaPierre’s allegations within the Obama Administration but the FIRST THING that has made any sense about this “Fast and Furious” story is now bubbling up and that is that some Wacko Liberal Nuts in the Obama Administration that stay awake at night dreaming about how they could eliminate the 2 nd Amendment and take away the American People’s right to own and bear arms would easily come up with an idea like…

“Hey, why not funnel high-powered weapons to Mexican drug cartels and those guns will cause lost of violence in Mexico, on the US – Mexican border and in America and that gun violence will make Americans reconsider their support of the 2 nd Amendment.”

Yes, there are people that Stupid working in the U.S. Government and that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were allowed to run wild with YOUR money for so long will ALWAYS prove that Washington DC is filled with some of the Stupidest People that have ever walked on Planet Earth.

Gunwalker bombshell – “there never was a “string”

“An ATF source has provided reporters a copy of a letter sent on June 1, 2010 which indicates that the monumental scandal known as ‘Project Gunwalker,’ or ‘Operation Fast and Furious,’ was never a sting operation as previously reported. If such an allegation is true, then the official Obama Administration explanation for the operation is entirely false.

The commonly-reported talking point concerning Gunwalker is that it was intended as a sting operation but that it went bad when rogue ATF agents took it in a sinister direction.

But the letter of June 2010, forwarded to reporters David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh, indicates that nothing about the operation contained any of the elements of a ‘sting.’ Everything ATF agents did in placing guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels was done in the open and with the approval of their supervisors:

In addition, Vanderboegh reports that official ATF documents and sources in Arizona and Washington confirm that on at least 2 occasions in 2010, the Obama Administration purchased semi-automatic pistols directly from federally licensed gun dealers with taxpayers’ money and took them directly to drug cartel smugglers.

The ramifications of this revelation are explosive, particularly for those working with the Issa committee in the U.S. House of Representatives in investigating the scandal. One of those individuals told Vanderboegh the following:

According one source close to the Issa committee and knowledgeable of its workings, this revelation “puts a stake in the heart of the ‘botched sting operation’ lie.” He continued, “There never was any ‘sting,’ there was only a deliberate effort to provide weapons to the DTO’s (Drug Trafficking Organizations).” He added, “this was one hundred percent us — our money, our guy, our (gun)walking.”

This source also provided context and explanation of how the letter came to exist in the first place.

(It should be noted that although we would never reveal our sources for any story, it is important in this case for the readers to understand where we did NOT get it. Neither John Dodson nor his lawyer provided us this letter. Nor did they pass it through to us via a third party, as the DOJ has been known to do lately.)

“Dodson was given this undercover assignment by Voth,” said the source, “to purchase weapons directly and provide them to the smugglers. He was operating under cover, pretending to be a ‘straw buyer.’” He continued, “I think Dodson demanded the letter from Voth to cover both himself and the FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee). He didn’t want to be hung out to dry” by Voth.

The source also said that the letter was an effort by Voth to “dirty him (Dodson) up,” pointing out that by the time of the undercover assignment that Dodson’s vocal opposition to “letting guns walk” was well known to his superiors in the Phoenix ATF office.

Sources also describe a second letter from Voth to another FFL authorizing Dodson to purchase two more Draco pistols. One source stated flatly: “Issa and Grassley have copies of both letters, and have had for a long time.”

Subsequent to this undercover weapons buying and transfer to cartel smugglers by Dodson, say the sources, “Dodson just about came apart all over them (his supervisors).” In a “screaming match” that was heard throughout the Phoenix office by many employees, Dodson yelled at Voth and Assistant Special Agent in Charge George Gillett, “Why not just go direct and empty out the ATF arms room” to the cartels,” or words to that effect.

These revelations place the investigation into Gunwalker in an entirely different light. This is no longer about a ‘sting operation gone bad’ but a deliberate, sinister attempt to manipulate gun statistics in Mexico for political gain.”

What the Hell?

These Idiots behind “Fast and Furious” are beyond Stupid and these people seem to be running a criminal enterprise inside the US Government that was evidently run to try and manipulate public opinion among the American People that they believed would turn against their strong support of the 2 nd Amendment after all of the carnage that would be created by handing over high-powered weapons to Mexican drug cartels.

No, these are not Stupid People these are Sick and Evil people that evidently believe that human beings lives are expendable, even a US Border Patrol agent’s life in Brian Terry in order to advance their Wacko Liberal Nut goals which we know include trying to eliminate the American People’s rights to own and bear arms.

The Gallup polling organization has done some incredible polling work over the past couple of years and more than anyone else in the polling business Gallup has their hands on the pulse of the American Republic and their latest poll only confirms what we are seeing among the American People today:

Americans Express Historic Negativity Toward U. S. Government

“A record-high 81% of Americans are dissatisfied with the way the country is being governed, adding to negativity that has been building over the past 10 years.

Majorities of Democrats (65%) and Republicans (92%) are dissatisfied with the nation’s governance. This perhaps reflects the shared political power arrangement in the nation’s capital, with Democrats controlling the White House and U.S. Senate, and Republicans controlling the House of Representatives. Partisans on both sides can thus find fault with government without necessarily blaming their own party.”

No, the above numbers….

Also note in the above Gallup poll that the DISSATISFACTION of how America was being governed went down a bit when Obama was elected in 2009 but once the American People saw that President Obama had his own set of cronies, the unions, the trial lawyers, Wall Street, etc., that he would protect over the best interests of the American People the DISSATISFACTION number started climbing again until it hit the current…

The Bottom-Line is that the American People have come to understand over the past decade that the American Political System is rigged by Sorry Excuses for Americans that pour Billions of Dollars into Washington DC where those Sorry Excuses for Americans know they can buy OUR “Elected Leaders” wholesale like cheap whores and that OUR “Elected Leaders” will sell out every family and child in America for a few pieces of silver and sadly will and do sell out their own families and children to get re-elected to office.
