The TRUTH is that the Chevrolet Volt is a Very Stupid Purchase because if one wants to drive a car that gets great gas mileage and is reliable then they would buy something like the Toyota Prius or if the live in a place where they have access to Compressed Natural Gas as many of us here at Mad As Hell And… do the Honda Civic Compressed Natural Gas car which is a Helluva car and which we wrote about last year (Mad As Hell And… and the Honda Civic Compressed Natural Gas car).

The FACTS about the IDIOCY of the Chevrolet Volt are very easy to understand which means even the Absolute Moron Democrats that are desperate to jack up gasoline prices on the American People and would trade their children for $10.00 a gallon gasoline are that…

The Chevrolet Volt costs $40,000 which is almost double the price of the Toyota Prius and even with the Welfare Handout from the U.S. Government of a $7,500 tax credit still makes the Volt $10,000 more than the Prius and the kicker is…

You have the charge the batteries on the Volt with electricity which is skyrocketing in price across the country now and in places like California is approaching .20 cents a KW hour quickly turns the purchase of a Volt into a long decent into Hell and an IDIOT in Hell sure the Hell probably can’t last long!

Since the purchase of a Chevrolet Volt would be the dumbest thing since Geraldo Rivera broke into Al Capone’s “vault” we have been wondering just why in the Hell is President Obama and the Wacko Environmental Nuts that now dominate the Democratic Party pushing the Volt so much and we went to our good friend that works on the faculty at Wackoville otherwise known as Cal-Berkeley and asked him why the Wacko Environmental Nut Democrats were pushing the Volt so much:

Our friend who works in Wackoville’s (Cal-Berkeley) response:

“It really is pretty simple.  The “Wacko Environmental Nuts” as you call them… and many of them are NUTS….can through government bodies like the California Utilities Commission jack-up the price of electricity like here in California where the California Air Resources Board has with the Democrats in Sacramento DOUBLED if not TRIPLED the cost of electricity on Californians…all artificially by the way be forcing the state’s utilities to buy more “renewable” energy which costs a fortune….and if the NUTS can get lots of people driving Volts that they would have to charge up at home they can raise the price of their driving costs even more and directly restrict the drivers’ of Volts movements which is the real goal of the NUTS since their ultimate aim to control every minute of the American People’s lives.  Another big element of this drive to raise electricity prices is a dirty little secret and that secret is now playing out in California where the working folks, middle class and the rich are paying skyrocketing prices for electricity and the utilities are quietly signing up people that make less money for very low rates for their power bills so this entire push for battery-powered cars is just another schemed to redistribute money from people that work for a living to people that are home watching Dr. Phil, Perry Mason and soap operas all day.”

Mad As Hell And… question:  Are you saying that the REAL aim of the push for battery-powered cars is to have people powering up their cars at home which then Senator Obama said with his plan of Cap and Trade that “electricity prices would skyrocket” and thus the price of energy would go up on the people that work for a living and the price of energy would go down for the people that could be working so in other words just another Massive Welfare Program that would be funneled through America’s utilities companies and the American People’s power bills?”

Friend from Wackoville:  ”You just broke the code and the entire battery-powered vehicle push is nothing but another way to redistribute income from the people that work for a living to the people that don’t work.  The really pitiful thing is that when I eat out at fast food restaurants in the East Bay (of San Francisco) I always ask the manager of the fast food restaurant if he or she has any openings and they always say something like….”We ALWAYS have openings but no one wants to do real work anymore.”  By the way, those fast food restaurants are all located in places that have double-digit unemployment rates.

Mad As Hell And…:  ”Well, we can’t have people working now because that would be a tragedy if someone quit taking their unemployment insurance and went to work at Carl’s Jr. or McDonalds!”

Friend from Wackoville:  ”Hey, don’t forget if you take a job you lose food stamps, unemployment insurance and those low energy rate prices which are being picked up by who….?”

Yes, if you see someone driving a Chevy Volt they are either Very Damn Stupid or they have more money and sense which is about 99 percent of the Wacko Environmental Nuts we have run into over the years including the CAR-LESS Secretary of Energy for the United States of America…Steven Chu.

The Secretary of Energy for the United States of America does not own a car.  Now you just figured out why Steven Chu would trade the  futures of ALL of our children if the could get the price of a gallon to $10 Bucks!

We here at Mad As Hell And… have been working hard at our jobs and running our companies and also spending some time taking a look at the campaign infrastructure that the Mitt Romney campaign and the Republican Party have in place in the 10 key battleground states that will determine the outcome of the 2012 Presidential and Congressional elections and we can report that we went in with very low expectations of what Romney and the GOP would have in place and we came out heartened that there has been more work done for the fall election than we expected to see, but the Romney and the national Republican Party still have a long ways to go to beat Obama and the Democrats.

Amazingly, President Obama and a few Democrats seem determined to do all they can to get beat this Fall and this past week’s vote in the US Senate on getting the Keystone XL pipeline construction going is just another amazing case of Obama and the Democrats working against the best interests of the American Republic and American People.

Yes, even for us here at Mad As Hell And… that worked in Washington DC and on Capitol Hill and are very jaded about the American political process the idea that the President of the United States and United States Senators would vote against a pipeline that would bring additional energy into America and to American refineries from Canada down to Oklahoma, Texas and the Gulf of Mexico is astonishing on so many levels, but then we also understand that no matter what President Obama says publicly it is our opinion that every time gasoline prices go up at the pump the President and his close advisors who by any measure are Wacko Environmental Nuts that have not worked a day of their lives in the REAL World all High-Five each other and scream out with joy.

President Obama was asked last week at a White House press conference if he wanted higher gas prices and his answer was very interesting because he did not answer the question directly but rather said (from CBS News story, Obama says he wants lower gas prices)….

“From a political perspective, do you think the president of the United States going into re-election wants gas prices to go up higher? Is there anybody here who thinks that makes a lot of sense?”

That was not the question President Obama and the reason you referred to the Fall election and didn’t answer the question….

“Mr. President, do you want to see higher gas prices?”

…is because you would be lying to the American People if you claimed you didn’t want to see higher gas prices because EVERYTHING that the Obama Administration now does on energy is centered around one thing and one thing only:

Getting gas prices up as high as possible and if millions of Americans are destroyed in the process how could the Secretary of Energy Steven Chu possibly understand since guess what….

Memo to President Obama: Was Pee Wee Herman not available to be the Secretary of Energy position because Pee Wee Herman would have to be one of the few people on Planet Earth that would be a bigger Candy Ass than Steven Chu and take that from people that have met Steven Chu a few times when he was at Cal-Berkeley and each time we met Chu we always came away with the impression that he was a person that lived in a Complete Fantasyland and when he was nominated to be Secretary of Energy by Obama we wondered then if Pee Wee Herman had turned down the job since only Herman would have been a more inappropriate choice than Chu who very simply doesn’t have a CLUE how the REAL World works on the unbelievable pain and suffering his Complete Idiocy inflicts on average Americans and just think (We actually agree with Steven Chu on the importance of using more nuclear power in America and investing in REAL research into new energy sources which is the opposite of flushing down the toilet when giving money to Crapola companies like Solyndra that most people in the know in Silicon Valley knew was a company run by Idiots, Buffoons and Morons and would never turn Dime one in profit….EVER!)….

Getting back to that US Senate vote on the turning down the construction of the Keystone Pipeline last week which is still the most absurd thing we have heard in recent times it was President Obama’s personal lobbying against American Jobs and more energy for America and the following United States Senators that voted against America and for Higher Gas Prices.
