President Obama’s Ratings Are Going Down as the Price of Gasoline Goes Up?….DUH! – This Is Very Simple: The Obama Adminstration Has Put Into Places Policies That They Hope Will DOUBLE and TRIPLE the cost of Gasoline and Energy on the American People and the Wacko Enviromental Nuts That Work For Obama Dance In the Streets When Gas Prices Go Up – As James Carville Would Probably Say….”It’s The Stupid Policies To Artifically Drive Up the Cost of Gasoline and Energy on Hard Working Americans STUPID!”

The probably liberal but always reliable long-time newspaper man Dan Balz (along with Jon Cohen) of the Washington Post is out with a story this morning detailing the UGLY TRUTH about the affect of higher gasoline prices on President Obama’s chances for re-election.

In other words….if you are going to put into place policies that have as their goal to DOUBLE and TRIPLE the cost of gasoline that Americans pay at the pump guess what….

You will not be re-elected and just think….The American People haven’t even begun running their commercials yet that details the attack by the Obama Administration on the American People’s car ans trucks and the way they live their lives.  Yes, President Obama, U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu and many other Obama Administration staffers have said some very Damn interesting things over the years about their goals to DOUBLE and TRIPLE  the cost of gasoline and energy on the American People and the REAL kicker is that these Obama Administration policies to doing everything possible to JACK-UP the price of energy on the American People are completely unnecessary because renewable energy sources could be developed and researched without conducting a DIRECT ATTACK on the American People which the Obama Administration is doing right now.

Here is that Washington Post story…

Gas prices sink Obama’s ratings on economy, bring parity to White House race, Washington Post

“Disapproval of President Obama’s handling of the economy is heading higher — alongside gasoline prices — as a record number of Americans now give the president “strongly” negative reviews on the 2012 presidential campaign’s most important issue, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.

Increasingly pessimistic views of Obama’s performance on the economy — and on the federal budget deficit — come despite a steadily brightening employment picture and other signs of economic improvement, and they highlight the political sensitivity of rising gas prices.

he potential political consequences are clear, with the rising public disapproval reversing some of the gains the president had made in hypothetical general-election matchups against possible Republican rivals for the White House. Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney and former senator Rick Santorum (Pa.) now both run about evenly with Obama. The findings come just five weeks after Obama appeared to be getting a boost from the improving economy.

Gas prices are a main culprit: Nearly two-thirds of Americans say they disapprove of the way the president is handling the situation at the pump, where rising prices have already hit hard. Just 26 percent approve of his work on the issue, his lowest rating in the poll. Most Americans say higher prices are already taking a toll on family finances, and nearly half say they think that prices will continue to rise, and stay high.”

Paraphrasing the Great James Carville…

“It’s the DIRECT ATTACK on the American People by the Obama Administration with their policy of artificially driving up the price of energy on hard working Americans STUPID!”
